Webinar: Spatial profiling of drug-tolerant cells in colorectal cancer models with Visium HD
Webinar: Spatial profiling of drug-tolerant cells in colorectal cancer models with Visium HD
Time: 7 AM PDT / 10 PM EDT / 4 PM CET
Why do some cancer cells survive treatment, and how can we pinpoint them? Join the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB Barcelona), Single Cell Discoveries (SCD), and 10x Genomics for an in-depth look at how single-cell spatial insights using Visium HD are helping researchers unravel the mystery of drug persistence in colorectal cancer (CRC).
As part of the PERSIST-SEQ consortium, IRB Barcelona is investigating CRC metastasis using mouse models to explore tumor heterogeneity and persistent cell populations. Using Visium HD technology from 10x Genomics, SCD is generating high-resolution spatial data to study how metastases are organized and how specific cancer cells resist treatment.
This webinar highlights how spatial technologies are accelerating discoveries in one of the most challenging areas of cancer research.
What you will learn:
– What Visium HD is and how it works
– How Visium HD reveals single-cell spatial patterns in metastatic CRC
– What spatial transcriptomics shows about persistent cancer cells
