As part of this collaboration, we are integrating ImmuneWatch’s DETECT tool into our data consulting services, giving researchers the ability to predict epitopes directly from TCR sequencing data. Combined with our end-to-end TCR single-cell sequencing solution, powered by 10x Genomics 5’ TCR Immune Profiling, this addition provides a seamless workflow from sequencing to interpretation. By uniting these capabilities, we empower scientists with deeper insights into T cell specificity, clonal expansion, and receptor diversity, all while ensuring complete data privacy. Single Cell Discoveries is also developing solutions for low-input TCR profiling for immunotherapies, and we are excited to push the boundaries of immunology with greater precision and confidence.
