- The number of samples

10x Genomics 3’ Gene Expression
- The number of samples
- The targeted number of cells per sample
- The targeted number of reads per cell
10x Genomics 5’ Immune Profiling
- The number of samples
- The targeted number of cells per sample
- The targeted number of reads per cell
- If you want to include a BCR or TCR library & how many reads per cell this extra library should include
VASA-seq
