Plate order form
To ensure we keep proper track of new plate orders, we have updated our website with a plate order form. Starting now, we ask customers to order their cell-capture plates via the new order form rather than via email. Plates can be ordered one week in advance, and will be numbered by us before we ship them over.
Plate submission form
Done sorting and ready to send the plates back to us for processing? Then please use our new plate submission form. This will ensure the plates are properly registered in our tracking system and will facilitate a timely delivery of your data.
Confirmation
After completing the forms, you will receive an automated email with a confirmation of your order. The old Purchase Order form is not required anymore for any order made.
