As a service provider of Single Cell Sequencing, questions we get on a daily basis are: “Why would you want to sequence single cells?”, or “How does single cell sequencing work?”. Giving an easy and short answer to these questions is not always easy. The technique is not so simple to explain in just a few seconds without going into detail!
In collaboration with the Oncode Instite, an animation was made to provide answers to these kind of questions. In this video we zoom in on the principles of cell-specific barcoding, example applications of the technique and some information about our company.
