SORT-seq
Our new SORT-seq data mapping process utilizes STARsolo to improve mapping accuracy and cell filtering quality.
Moreover, all clients employing our SORT-seq services will receive a high-quality preliminary data analysis report that integrates data from all plates in a project in one report. This preliminary analysis includes extensive QC metrics as well as a clustering and differential gene expression analysis. Furthermore, it provides additional visualizations that allow for convenient plate comparison and offers explanations of the data and methods to guide you through the results.
10x Genomics
Our updated 10x Genomics data analysis utilizes a new version of Cell Ranger.
Clients employing our 10x Genomics services have already been receiving their data in preliminary data analysis reports with added diagnostics, visualization, and descriptions.
VASA-seq
Our VASA-seq analysis is updated to include analysis of more diverse non-coding RNA biotypes (lncRNA, snoRNA, and snRNA).
VASA-seq data will also be supplied in a high-quality preliminary data analysis report that includes fully integrated data, added diagnostics, visualizations, and descriptions.
Bulk RNA-seq
Our new bulk RNA-seq data mapping process utilizes STARsolo, which improves mapping accuracy and cell filtering quality based on STARsolo metrics.
Current and future clients can expect their bulk RNA sequencing data to be delivered with a comprehensive QC metrics report that includes raw data and mapping information, a principal component analysis plot, and a sample correlation heatmap.
