We recently launched Discovery-Seq, an in-house method for sequencing thousands of samples in a single experiment. This method is ideal for compound screens, drug mode of action studies, and in general for projects that require high-throughput RNA sequencing.
Pushing the boundaries: Genome-wide Perturb-Seq
Mauro also highlights our Genome-wide Perturb-Seq project, conducted in collaboration with Illumina. Using the advanced NovaSeq™ X Plus System, we repressed gene expression across tens of thousands of genes and analyzed gene expression patterns in about a million cells.
